We proudly offer a 60-day money-back guarantee because we stand behind our honey. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return anytime within 60 days of purchase.
To begin a return, email us at will@kbfhoney.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Please include your order number, or the name and email used at checkout to help us process your request quickly.
Note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, your order may already be in the processing stage and we may not be able to make changes. If your cancellation is within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
All of our jars are carefully packed, but if your honey arrives damaged (not just the box), please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email will@kbfhoney.com with a clear photo of the damage, and we’ll review your case to see if you’re eligible for a free replacement.
Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for damage caused by normal use, improper storage, or general wear and tear.
Shipping & Delivery
While we work hard to ship your order promptly, delays outside our control (such as courier issues or customs holds) may occur. Knighton Bee Farms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the shipment is in transit. For delivery-related issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If there’s an error, let us know within 24 hours. Unfortunately, if we are not notified within that timeframe, we cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment.
