At Knighton Bee Farms, we proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders, no matter the size. We believe the only thing sweeter than our honey should be the delivery experience.


🐝 Order Processing

Please allow two business days for us to carefully pack and dispatch your order.
Once it’s in the hands of our shipping carrier, it’s considered “in transit.”
During high-volume periods (like holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times begin after dispatch and vary based on your location:

United States: 2–5 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Please note: Carrier delays, weather events, or customs inspections may affect transit times. These are outside our control but we’re always here to help.


📝 Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Before completing your purchase, please double-check your shipping details. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can delay your order or result in cancellation.

If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll reach out via email within three business days. No response within that time may result in a canceled order.

Need to make a change?
Email us at will@kbfhoney.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make the update before shipping, but changes after that window are not guaranteed.


📦 Delivery Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you quickly, delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • Carrier issues or weather-related disruptions

  • Product availability or address verification

  • Payment processing delays

We’ll keep you in the loop and assist wherever possible—but please note we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates.


📭 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Contact us: Email will@kbfhoney.com so we can help track your order.

  2. File a claim: Most carriers have a process for lost/stolen packages.

  3. Next steps: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement—but unfortunately, refunds are not guaranteed for these cases.

If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report for your records.
